Various errors (Catastrophic failure, The record ID is incorrect)

Yesterday after we had finished processing our cubes the users complained about not being able to get into one of the databases.
Error messages give by Proclarity were:
  1. An error occurred in the application: Catastrophic failure
  2. File system error: The record ID is incorrect.

 Proclarity 6.3 (received error in both Win XP and Vista)


Proclarity 6.1 

At first I thought one of the dimensions was corrupted and I’d need to reprocess the entire database. Ugh. However, after process updating all of the dimensions one by one the culprit was found. All it took was an update to clear the error up. Phew!
